Outer Loop Films was founded in 2008 by Joey Cabrera, Tara Garwood, and Gigi Akturk. We love to make films. We also love living in the DC area. So, we decided to start a production company, so that we can do what we love where we love to do it.

We also started Outer Loop Films to create more work for local film professionals and to help build the DC area's reputation in the entertainment industry.
